Blood bag sealing operation process
Brief Introduction to Blood Bag Sealing Procedure
Preparation: Check equipment status, clean clamps, and set pre-calibrated parameters.
Place the Tube: Correctly place the portion of the tube to be sealed into the groove of the clamp.
Initiate Sealing: Press the start button; the equipment automatically completes the pressurization, heat sealing, cooling, and release process.
Inspection and Cutting: Remove the tube, check for completeness and uniformity of the seal, and then cut it as needed.
Recordation and Maintenance: Record operation batches and perform regular equipment calibration and maintenance.
Precautions
Strict Verification: When using new equipment or changing blood bag brands, a seal verification test (such as staining penetration test, burst pressure test, etc.) must be performed.
Regular Calibration: Ensure accurate temperature and pressure parameters.
Operator Training: Personnel must undergo standardized training to avoid sealing failures due to improper operation.
Quality Monitoring: Treat sealing quality as a key quality control point and conduct daily inspections.
