A drainage bag heat sealing machine is an automated or semi-automated device used to produce disposable medical drainage bags. Its core function is to seal multiple layers of composite plastic film (forming the bag body) with tubing, connectors, and other components through a heat sealing (heat fusion sealing) process, forming a sealed, sterile, leak-proof liquid storage container.

Equipment Composition and Workflow
A typical drainage bag heat sealing machine is a small workstation, usually containing the following units:

Film Unwinding and Positioning System: Unwinds and precisely positions the rolled medical composite film.

Heat Sealing Mold (Core):

Bag Body Contour Heat Sealing Mold: Welds the edges of the upper and lower film layers together through heating and pressurization, forming the main contour of the drainage bag and the internal anti-backflow partition.

Tube Opening Heat Sealing Mold: Precisely heat seals and fixes components such as drainage tubing, infusion tubes (flushing ports), and suspension holes in designated positions on the bag body.

Cutting System: During or after heat sealing, punches or cuts the bag body from the film, forming individual units.

Control System: PLC or computer control, precisely setting temperature, pressure, and heat-sealing time at each station to ensure process consistency.

Conveying and Transfer System: Automatically transfers semi-finished products from one station to the next.

Workflow (taking a fully automatic model as an example): Film unwinding → First heat sealing (internal structure/partial contour) → Inserting tubing/connectors → Second heat sealing (fixing the tube opening and completing contour sealing) → Cooling and shaping → Punching and separation → Finished product output
